If u want to install win xp or your cd or dvd drive is not working or u dont't have any other optical drive, then u can make bootable usb device for installing win xp, vista or win7.
It is very simple to make bootable usb normally all systems have the option boot for usb drive in bios to boot from usb. And many other mother boards like intel 865, 915, 965 also have the option boot from usb. so it is very simple to install win xp from usb device.
To make bootable usb, frist of all u have to install software "wintoflash". You can easily download it from web, that software size is aproximately 17 mb.
Install it in your pc, and strat that program. Now can see two diffrent paths. In first u can browse win xp path, and in second path u can select pen drive. Click next to proceed. It will copy all window file to usb device. Now its finish and complete.
