"F1" :- this keys always use for open help screen in every program and also used for enter in "cmos" and win key+f1 open help and support in microsoft windows.
"F2" :- alt+ctrl+f2 open document window in ms word and ctrl+f2 open print preview window in ms word and also use for rename selected file or folder.
"F3" :- in ms dos or window command line f3 repeat last commmand and win+f3 open advance find in ms outlook.
"F4" :- open address bar in windows explorer or internet explorer and alt+f4 used for cloed any open program in microsoft windows.
"F5" :- used for refresh tje pc and reload the web page and also open find; replace; and go to window in ms word
"F6" :- ctrl+shift+f6 open another open document in ms word and also use for move the cursor to address bar in internet explorer and mozilla firefox.
