If your pc running slow or speed is very slow so this thing also happen by startup program u enabled many startup program that start automatically when your pc boot and star it may slow your pc so for solve this problem first u examine how much program has option of start when pc start so change that setting and also reseach some program are neccesory need for booting dont stop them process for remove startup program first press window key -then run-then enter "msconfig" in run press enter then a dialog box open select startup in box and then select usless program and turn it off this is the process remove program on startup.
